Vicky is an award-winning leader with 30 years of diverse experience across the private, public, and third sectors. Her career spans industries such as retail, telecommunications, tech, education, and non-profits, showcasing her deep expertise and adaptability. Driven by a commitment to fostering modern, inclusive leadership, Vicky founded Ideara to support executives, emerging leaders, teams, and groups in reaching their highest potential and creating impactful change.
Vicky is a relentless advocate for supporting female talent, and she spearheaded numerous DE&I initiatives throughout her leadership tenure at Sainsbury's. She was also recognised as a Twenty Women in Data® award.
Vicky's expertise in coaching is a cornerstone of her professional journey. She qualified with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) at the highest L7 level in Coaching and Mentoring before becoming a Team and Group Coach. Her status as an EMCC accredited Senior Coach Practitioner and member, with over 500 coaching hours, is a testament to her proficiency.
