Why I work with senior women in technology leadership

I have worked in technology for more than 25 years, with over ten years in senior roles leading data and product teams in retail, telecom, education, and non-profits.

I have led award-winning teams, worked with a wide range of stakeholders, and been responsible for delivery, performance, and setting strategy.

On the surface, it looked like success. But from the inside, I saw the challenges of being visible, facing scrutiny, and making tough choices as a senior leader.

Those experiences influence how I work today.
