Why I coach women in tech
I know what it feels like to deliver results and still feel overlooked. To pedal harder but get nowhere. To lie awake replaying conversations, wondering if I’m burning out, and questioning if I even belong in the role I worked so hard to reach.
I spent 25+ years in tech, including more than a decade as a senior leader. I headed up award-winning data and product teams across retail, telecoms, education, and the non-profit sector. It looked like success on paper but I often felt stretched thin, undervalued, and stuck.
That’s why I now coach women in tech. Because I’ve lived those moments and I know it doesn’t have to stay that way.
My approach
My coaching combines two things: lived experience as a woman in senior tech leadership, and professional expertise as a senior accredited coach.
I don’t offer generic programmes. I create a coaching partnership that’s both safe and challenging; a space to pause, think deeply, and discover the strategies that will actually move you forward.
Expect empathy, but also honesty. Structure, but also flexibility. Tools you can use immediately, and conversations that spark lasting change.
