Why I work with senior women in technology leadership
I have worked in technology for more than 25 years, as a software engineer, enterprise architect, head of data, and senior product leader across retail, telecom, education, and non-profits.
I have led award-winning teams, managed £40m+ portfolios and been responsible for delivery, performance, and strategy at scale.
On the surface, it looked like success. But from the inside, I saw the challenges of being visible, facing scrutiny, and making tough choices as a senior leader.
Those experiences shape how I coach today.

I also know what it's like to navigate those environments as a woman. The visibility that feels different. The scrutiny that goes beyond your work. What it is like to be one of very few, or the only one, in the room. That experience isn't incidental to my coaching. It's central to it.
I coach senior women in technology who are operating within complex systems and want to strengthen their authority, confidence, and strategic influence without eroding themselves in the process.
