I spent over 25 years inside technology organisations, as an engineer, architect, chief data officer, and senior product leader. I understand the commercial pressures, organisational politics and leadership challenges. Now I help women leading technology organisations through their challenges.

What is it like to be coached by me?

I help you crystallise what you want and why it is important. You will understand what is holding you back, which, in turn, enables you to identify and remove the blockers that stop you from moving forward.

Sometimes my coaching will be uncomfortable; my questions will expose blind spots, but my strength as a coach is creating a safe space for you to explore them.
