Vicky Pike is an award-winning executive coach and inclusive leadership expert with 30 years of experience spanning the private, public, and third sectors. Her career has taken her across industries including tech, retail, telecommunications, education, and non-profits; a testament to her depth of expertise, adaptability, and impact.
Drawing on a wide range of evidence-based coaching tools and frameworks — including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, and Action Learning , Vicky supports tech and product leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her coaching approach blends structure with empathy, supporting high-performing individuals and teams to unlock potential and drive meaningful outcomes.

Vicky is an EMCC Senior Coach Practitioner with over 500 hours of executive coaching experience. She holds ILM Level 7 certification in Coaching and Mentoring, is a certified Team and Group Coach, and an active member of the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching is grounded in ethical practice, reflective learning, and real-world application.
