I know what it's like to be a senior woman in rooms where you're often the only one. The visibility, the scrutiny, the pressure to constantly prove.
Before I became an executive coach, I spent over 25 years in technology - as an engineer, architect, chief data officer, and senior product leader. I understand the commercial pressures, organisational politics and leadership challenges.as a software engineer, enterprise architect, head of data, and senior product leader in FTSE 100 organisations. That experience shapes everything about how I coach.
I work with directors, VPs, founders, and C-suite leaders who are ready to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and influence, without eroding themselves in the process.
