Coaching Tech and Product at Scale
I was so thrilled to present alongside the brilliant Nidhi Sharma to the fantastic Women in Tech at Sainsbury's Digital, Tech and Data 12th Women in Tech seminar. It was quite an experience to hold the silence as 200 people in the auditorium and a further 150 online participants contemplated the balance of their life and what is important to them. I loved the insights that were shared in the group showing a safe space can be carved with a large audience.

Use a structure like this: We believe [initiative] Will result in [your result, i.e., a positive change in your

Peter Drucker said "Culture eats strategy for breakfast"
The prevailing mindset of an organisation is an indicator for performance. The performance curve is a useful tool to explore the existing cultural ethos and mindset. Identifying and acknowledging this is the starting place for change. If your organisation is in an "impulsive" or "dependent" state, you might experience teams and individuals being reactive and/or overly dependent on rules and policies. By looking at The Performance Curve, organisations, teams, and individuals c
